It’s that time of year. School is about to start again. So what happened this summer? I managed to work a job, travel Europe, see family, visit my girlfriend, get addicted to fantasy baseball (really really addicted) and even relax a little bit. What a strange few months. I’ve been on Hawaiian vacation now for a month and I have had a fantastic time taking a break. All I’ve done here is make burgers (Teddy’s Bigger Burgers, the best burgers around, see figure 1) at my usual Hawaii summer job, take the dog hiking everyday (figures 2 and 3) and take my much needed relaxation time at home. Because once I get back to school, it’s time to start working hard again. And it’s going to be great. That’s one of the great things about going to USC. As much fun as I’m having now, I know I’m about to start having just as much fun in a completely different way once I get back. I get to take classes, see people, see rush from the other side, and watch some football. I won’t talk to much about football because I won’t be able to talk about anything else once the season starts. But it’s going to be fantastic. I have a great schedule to get started on. I’m going to be busy but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
