I blinked and somehow ended up in my final semester of college. As cliché as it sounds, it feels like just yesterday I was moving into my freshman dorm in New/North, nervous and excited (but mostly nervous) about what was going to happen. Well, seven incredible semesters later and here I am. Though everyone keeps asking about my post-grad plans, I’m just looking forward to enjoying my last few months at my favorite place.

This semester I’m taking four classes: EE 355: Software Design for Electrical Engineers, EE 322: Introduction to Digital Audio, ITP 125: From Hackers to CEOs: Introduction to Information Security, and my senior capstone, EE 447: Mixed Signal Electronic Circuits. I’m just realizing as I write this that in my final semester I’m taking two “introduction” classes, which is kind of funny. My intro to information security class I’m just taking as exposure to a slightly different field (and it has hackers in the name and that’s just cool) and my intro to digital audio, though called intro, is actually an upper division course. Though four classes is a pretty average amount, two of them only meet once a week, so it’s actually a pretty light schedule. Which is great, because I still have lots of things to knock off my college bucket list.

As the big G word looms closer and closer you can find me just enjoying this time I have left before really entering the adult world.
