Ever wondered what you could possibly do at USC every other Thursday night? Wonder no more! Tommy’s Place is a venue on campus that hosts free karaoke for students every other Thursday. You can choose whichever song you want and belt one out with your friends.

The venue is huge and has an entire lighting crew. The last time it was hosted I got a group of friends together and we all sang “Stacey’s Mom.” If you don’t want to spend money on a Lyft to go to karaoke, and you also don’t want to spend an entry fee then this is the thing to do.

There are a ton of hidden gems like this all around campus, from plays to dance performances and comedy shows. A lot of these events are usually free which makes them even better!
