Happy 2017 everyone! I don’t want to believe it, but I’m halfway through my junior year. The semester is starting up, and it’s been great to get back into the swing of things. I’ve really been loving the “beginning of the semester high” everyone has been enjoying. There’s nothing better than coming back to school energized and excited. 🙂

I had a really amazing winter break, filled with relaxing with family back in Florida, catching up with old friends, and going to New York for New Years! If you’ve never been to New York over the holidays, I highly recommend it. I got to see my first Broadway show “Oh, Hello” at the Lyceum Theatre. Side note: I even got to meet my favorite stand-up comedian John Mulaney!

This semester, I have some pretty hard-hitting classes: EE348 Electronic Circuits, EE355 Software Design, EE209 Digital Systems Design, and WRIT340, which is a writing class for engineers. I have amazing professors this semester, and though it’s going to be tough, I know I’ll have a solid support system to help me. I’m also continuing my internship at NASA’s JPL, where I work on the Europa mission. I have quite a few blogs on this topic, so check two of my most recent ones out here and here! Also look in to my student page to learn more about my Electrical Engineering major, what I do in my free time, and more!

I’m going to go back to finishing my homework and labs for this week, so I will sign off here. Thanks for checking in, and I’ll see you guys next time!
