It seems like Spring semester always goes by way too fast. This has been my favorite semester so far at USC, so I picked a few highlights to share. The key is to balance academics with fun– and I think I succeeded in that. Enjoy!

Going to Las Vegas with my roommates and our friend visiting from London. We made sure to do all the touristy stuff, played the 1 cent slot machines just to be safe, and layed out by the pool.

Visiting Nellis AFB. We talked to active duty pilots, learned about the Top Gun school, and got to hang out on some rockets.

My dad is a pilot and has frequent layovers in LA. He always makes time to get a quick coffee with me!

I was very fortunate to get to spend Easter with my family. We had a delicious brunch, watched home videos, and of course went on an easter egg hunt.

This is at Row Cup, my sorority’s big philanthropy event for the Spring. It’s a soccer tournament for all the fraternities, and all the proceeds go to the Ronald McDonald house.

My sister flew out to visit me for a weekend! She got to sit in on my ROTC classes and watch our training in action.

After the annual Ed Roski Veteran’s dinner honoring USC Veterans and ROTC students, a bunch of us went downtown to celebrate our semester. This is an awesome view from The Standard bar.

I got to meet and do a physical training session with General Petraeus! He is such an inspiration to future officers in every branch.

My spring break road trip was amazing with these three girls! We had a blast traveling all over California.

Wine tasting in Napa Valley was an incredible experience. The vineyards were all so beautiful, and there was so much to do and see!

Spending St. Patrick’s day in San Francisco is a must. We checked out the green fountains and shopped all day.

Our annual drill meet for ROTC was a huge success. I loved watching the marine drill sergeants yell at everyone except us!

Viterbi Ball was a blast, and was held at a really nice country club. I took my big in my sorority as my date.

My 21st birthday brunch at Perch. It was super fancy and in an awesome location. Definitely going back there again!
