Hey everyone! Hope you had a great week and happy homecoming!

This week we are talking about our favorite study spot, and while I have many favorite spots including my desk at Alpha Phi, Engineering Quad, and RTH Cafe, one of my new favorites has been in my research lab!

Most of the time in lab, I can set up an experiment and then have a 45 minute to hour and half break while I wait for it to complete. This is the perfect time to get a problem set done or review some notes! One of my best time management tips is using all spare time effectively so you have time for fun later! These short gaps give me just enough time to get some work done!

Another positive of studying in lab is that I’m surrounded by some very intelligent people! Everyone in the lab has taken many of the classes I am in and are there for help or at least support. They usually know the answers to my questions, and if not they always help me find them. It’s also great to be in an environment where everyone is so academically focused! I’ve loved utilizing my time in lab wisely and getting ahead!
