Hey everyone! I hope you all had a fun and safe Halloween! I cannot believe it is already the beginning of November. This year is flying by! All of my midterms are finally done and I have spent a good amount of time in some of my favorite study spots. I want to tell you a little bit about where I love to get my study on.
My favorite spot is definitely the Philosophy Library.  It is located on the top floor of Mudd Hall all the way at the end of Trousdale. When you walk in, it is so beautiful. There are long windows that let light reflect off of the marble floors, which makes for a great setting! There are also book stacks which separate small round study tables. I love that I get to have my own little table to focus and get my studying done. It is also so quiet you can hear a pin drop. There is honestly nothing better than this silent and beautiful environment. It helps me stay focused in my own little bubble.
Another place that I love to study at is the Ronald Tutor Cafe on the first floor of Ronald Tutor Hall. There is an indoor and outdoor section so I can have my pick based on how I am feeling that day. There is even a little fountain outside that helps calm me if I find myself getting stressed. Another plus is that it is never too busy! My favorite aspect of this location, though, is that it is located in the middle of the engineering school. It is a good place to get some extra work in when I have down time between classes. They also serve coffee beverages and snacks which are great little treats while I study.

If you are ever around campus you should definitely check these two places out! I have spent my fair share of time in these two spots and look forward to going back for finals preparation. Hope you all enjoy your weekends! As always, fight on!
