LA is one of the most interesting places I have visited and ultimately the reason I decided to come to school  here. “Why is it interesting ,” you might ask? Well for starters there is so much to do here: the beach, snowboard, hike, and most importantly see my favorite artists. Music has always been a passion of mine even though I can’t play a single instrument. I use to play piano, but practicing just wasn’t my thing. Luckily,  LA has one of the most diverse music scenes in the country and maybe even the world. One night I can see Kanye West (like I did on Wednesday), and the next I could go see an up in coming band that use to perform out of their parents garage. One of the main reasons I came to USC was the ability to not only see my favorite artist, but also the ability to truly expand my horizons. Every major tour tends to take a stop in LA since it’s a major city. One night the Red Hot Chili Peppers might be at the Staples Center and then the next day Future and Drake will be. It’s an amazing city with all different possibilities especially when it comes to music.
