Health and wellness are two very important things to students across USC, and the USC Lyon Center is the hub of health and wellness for many students on campus. The use of the 3 story Lyon center is free for all USC students, but with just a small fee students can get access to the incredible workout classes, and aquatic center! In addition, the Lyon center has a place to rent camping, and sporting equipment for a low fee to students as well.
- The Gym equipment: There are three floors of gym equipment at USC ranging from free weights, to treadmills, and everything in between. In addition, there are basketball and racquet ball courts for anyone to use!
- Workout Classes: In addition to all of the equipment, the Lyons Center also offers an array of classes throughout the week for students who paid the small membership fee to take. The classes range from Zumba, to cycling and the always fun but difficult full body Nike Training Club class.
- The Aquatic Center: Just last year, USC updated their aquatic center and now it is bigger and better than ever. The Uytengsu Aquatics Center, home of the 1984 Olympics, features a 25 yard by 25 yard Dive Pool, 50 meter by 25 yard Competition Pool, 2 outdoor Jacuzzis, and locker room facilities.
