Hi everyone!
This week I’m going to tell you a little bit about my favorite places on campus. I spend a lot of time on campus studying, eating, and hanging out with friends, so it helps that campus has something to offer everyone! Here are some highlights:
Studying
When I’m not studying at home and I really need to buckle down and get some work done, I like to go to either Doheny Library or the Philosophy Library. They’re both very quiet and have that classic old college library feel, which I love. They’re also great places to work on papers because they have tons of books to use as resources!

Eating
There are so many cafes and restaurants on campus to choose from. When I’m just looking for a quick snack, I like to stop by the Nekter Juice Bar for a healthy smoothie or acai bowl. When I’m grabbing lunch with friends, I like to go the Tutor Campus Center because its food court has so many options to choose from, and there’s lots of seating outside to enjoy the weather.

Hanging Out with Friends
Campus has a lot of great parks to spend time in if you have some down time between classes or just want to get outside a little bit. If I’m with friends, playing a game for example, we usually like to go to McCarthy Quad because there’s always a lot of people there. It’s also the location of the farmers’ market on Wednesdays. When I have some down time alone, I like to go to Founders’ Park because of all the shady trees and benches.

I hope you get a chance to come and see all the great spots on campus for yourself!
