Hey guys! I’m currently writing this post sitting at one of my favorite spots on campus, and I have never felt more content. While I am sad summer is over, I can’t wait to get into the swing of the school year. It’s day two here and already I’ve fallen in love with my classes. I’m also finally taking classes that are pertinent to my major, so I’m so excited.

I actually came to SoCal a week and a half before the school year started to participate in my sorority’s recruitment. This is basically the time where we recruit new members to join our sorority. I’ve been loving this time because it has made me so much closer with all my sisters. Bid day is in a couple days and I cant wait to welcome home so many new and awesome people. Greek life is one of the most amazing things I’ve been involved with here at USC, and being able to give back through recruitment has been amazing.

I’ve also been moving into my apartment for the past couple of weeks, and that’s been so awesome. Living off campus is so different than

living in the freshman dorms, but both have proven to be equally as fun. I cook my own food, clean my own room (and bathroom!), and I am responsible for paying bills (#adulthood).

That’s really about it. After finishing summer school and going to Lollapalooza, I came back to USC. I’m already loving sophomore year, and can’t wait to meet new people, take new classes, and hopefully find some more things to get involved with. Fight on!
