Woah I can’t believe this is my third year at SC already. Junior year is off to a great start so far. Things are a definitely different from freshman and sophomore year, but I’m loving it. A big change this year was moving out of campus housing. At first I was a little worried I’d be missing out on all the excitement since I wasn’t in campus housing but that isn’t the case at all. I still hang out with all my friends who are living in campus housing so they keep me informed. I’m also really enjoying my classes so far. One of my classes this semester is Computer Science 101. I thought this was going to be my most difficult class this semester since I have no programming experience but to my surprise I’m actually having a lot of fun. I wrote my very first program on Monday. It’s a great feeling when your program actually works! Now I think I understand why the Computer Science majors enjoy it so much. I’m also taking my diversity course this semester. This is the first class I’ve taken in a while where we sit in a circle in discussion. I really like that set up.
Now that school is back in full swing let’s see where junior year takes me.
